Ensure Autonomy and Freedom

’If it does not add to people‘s power, do not do it‘ *. If you work with people, take particular care to respect their autonomy and freedom. To expand margins. Act on a voluntary basis, say what you think, be transparent. Let yourself be advised and enable others to find the solution, to give the answer. Support no concepts that try to manipulate people.
Act in the service of autonomy and freedom. Create contexts that promote self-organization and self-responsibility and make it easy, thereby, to strengthen the whole. Encourage others to think of the autonomy of the individual in the system. Freedom of will, leeway and autonomy are completely new forms of cooperation.

Autonomie und Freiheit achten

„If it doesn’t add to people’s power, don’t do it“ *: Wenn es die Macht der Menschen nicht erweitert, wenn es nicht dazu beiträgt, Menschen zu stärken, tue es nicht.
Wenn Du mit Menschen arbeitest, achte besonders darauf, ihre Autonomie und Freiheit zu achten, Spielräume zu erweitern. Setze auf Freiwilligkeit, sage, was Du denkst, sei transparent. Lass Dich beraten und ermögliche Anderen, die Lösung zu finden, die Antwort zu geben. Unterstütze keine Konzepte, die versuchen, Menschen zu manipulieren.
Du handelst im Dienst der Autonomie und der Freiheit. Du schaffst Kontexte, die Selbstorgani- sation und Eigenverantwortung fördern und es leicht machen, dabei auch das Ganze zu stärken. Du ermutigst Andere, jede Initiative, jedes Programm von der Autonomie des Einzelnen im System aus zu denken. Freiwilligkeit, Spielräume und Autonomie stehen für völlig neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit.
