Solutions very rarely follow a direct path from A to B. That’s why it makes sense to go with the flow and trust the process as well as the wisdom of crowds. This means that what happens is what should happen. In this way, you follow the course of life instead of fighting against its current. This also means letting go of ideas. What actually happens is more important than what was planned. Stay open for the unforeseen, put your assumptions to one side for as long as necessary and don’t pull at the grass to make it grow faster. The setting, whatever it happens to be, is for your clients, not for you. And that‘s why you empower people, their process and their searches. You will manage a safe space for the group and give it the time it needs.

Dem Leben vertrauen

Lösungen lassen sich selten linear ansteuern. Statt dessen macht es Sinn, mit dem Flow zu gehen und dem Prozess sowie der Weisheit der Vielen zu vertrauen. Und darauf, dass sich ereignet, was sich ereignen soll. Auf diese Weise folgst du dem Leben und gehst nicht dagegen an. Das bedeutet auch, Ideen loszulassen: Was tatsächlich passiert, ist wichtiger als das, was geplant war. Bleibe offen für Unvorhergesehenes, halte Annahmen so lange wie nötig in der Schwebe, ziehe nicht am Gras, damit es schneller wächst. Die Begleitung – welcher Natur sie auch immer ist – ist für deinen Klienten, nicht für dich. Und deshalb ermöglichst du Menschen ihre eigene Suchbewegung. Du bewahrst einen sicheren Container für die Gruppe und gibst ihr die Zeit, die sie benötigt. Dein Vertrauen ist hilfreich für andere.
