You are trained to provide and to preserve frameworks and to facilitate meaningful dialogues, developments and encounters throughout the relevant system. Keep an eye on the bigger picture, so that it always stays in view during an intervention. Put any intervention into the framework of the bigger picture. Inspire others to keep their solutions, ideas and assumptions to one side for as long as necessary and to remain open to new, secondary findings. Invite them to see the bigger picture.
If you want to see the big picture and have a complete overview, then ask questions like: ’Who needs to talk to whom about what?‘, ’Which people have what perspectives?‘, ’Who can bring the power and resources to get things moving?‘, ’Who is affected by the change?‘ These questions are important, because context is everything. Text is not.

Sorge für eine größtmögliche Perspektivenvielfalt, eine breitestmögliche Wissensbasis - vor allem in frühen Planungsphasen. Du bist darin geschult, Rahmenbedingungen zu erschaffen und zu bewahren, die bedeutsame Dialoge, Entwicklungen und Begegnungen im ganzen relevanten System ermöglichen. Achte auf das vollständige Bild, das sich in einer Intervention zeigt. Inspiriere andere dazu, ihre Lösungsideen und Annahmen so lange wie nötig in der Schwebe zu halten und für neue, weiterführende Erkenntnisse offen zu bleiben. Lade dazu ein, das Ganze zu sehen.
Wenn Du das Größere und das Ganze einbeziehen willst, dann stellst Du Fragen wie diese: „Wer muss mit wem über was sprechen? Welche Personen haben welche Sichtweisen? Wer hat Macht und Mittel, Dinge in Bewegung zu bringen? Wer ist von der Veränderung betroffen?“ Diese Fragen sind wichtig, denn Kontext ist alles. Text ist nichts.
