Be happy
Most people want to be happy and satisfied. Even larger communities and organizations normally strive for it - even if they sometimes call it something else.

Practice your consultation and mentoring and be happy with it. Be open to anything that comes your way. Practice positive thinking and appreciation, be generous and humorous, and yet always be entirely yourself.
